Delete your Tradetron account

In the app

Open the Account tab and tap Delete account. The app first shows you anything that is still deployed.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your registered email or phone number, and your user ID if you know it. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything.

Before you ask

Stop your running deployments and square off their positions first. Deleting your account does not close positions held at your broker.

What is deleted

• Your profile and contact details
• Broker connections and stored broker credentials and tokens
• Your strategies and deployments
• Watchlists
• Notification settings
• Device push tokens

What we keep, and why

Records we are required by law to keep, such as invoices, payment and tax records, and trade and order logs where regulation requires them. We keep these for as long as the law requires, and then delete them.

How long it takes

We act on verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
